Mister B leather wrist restraints are fully cushioned and are sold per pair. The cushioning makes them comfortable to wear and prevents damage to the skin when opening and closing the buckle.
These wrist restraints have a nice thick soft padding in blue leather. Since the padding is so soft they're very comfortable to wear for a long time.
