You can browse through the shop and order any article you want by putting it in your shopping basket. To see the price of an article in your own currency please use the currency converter in the top right hand corner of the screen. For some articles you have to choose additional options like size and color. When you are done shopping proceed to the checkout. After choosing your preferred method of shipping, the shipping costs will be added to your order automatically. Then you have to choose a method of payment and fill in your personal information. After this you will be directed to the payment page.
All orders are charged in Euros. Please choose your preferred method of payment on the order form. When you place an order the cardholders name, billing address and phone number must be the same as the address of on the credit card statement regardless of the delivery address. When you order online your payment details are sent to us through our secure server.
We accept credit card payments for all methods of ordering. Dutch customers can also pay with iDeal. Belgium customers can also pay with Bancontact/Mister Cash and German customers can also pay with Giropay. It is also possible to pay with Paypal. When you pay with Paypal a 2% commission charge will be added to your order. Unfortunately Paypal charges us a very high commission on all payments. Therefore we have to charge you a surcharge when you choose to pay with Paypal. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Never send any cash or checks in the mail. Black Body does not accept any responsibility for cash or checks that get lost in the mail. Foreign customers who don't have a credit card please contact us by email to arrange another form of payment.
When ordering please select the size you want to order. Also select additional colors or models. When ordering rubber or leather clothing please also provide us with the optional size measurements so we can determine if you ordered the right size. Help with how to measure you can find at the measurements page. Black Body is not responsible for any measurements supplied incorrectly or items ordered in the wrong size by our customers.
DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PACKSTATIONS, POSTOFFICE BOXES OR POSTE RESTANTE!
When payment of your order is authorized we will ship your order. If any of your ordered articles are not in stock we will notify you by email and we will indicate an expected delivery time.
Your order can be canceled without any costs if we can not deliver it within 30 days after ordering, unless another delivery time has been agreed with the customer. If all ordered articles are in stock we will dispatch your order within 3 workdays. All packages are sent in discrete wrappings. All packages are insured free of charge. We need your phone number with every order.

If you have not received confirmed orders within 2 weeks after authorization of payment, please notify us so we can investigate.
If for any reason the package is returned to us for redelivery, the total costs for resending falls to the customer, so please make sure the delivery address is correct!
Black Body is trading in goods that are all legal in The Netherlands. Some articles may not be legal in other countries which can depend on on law, postal or custom regulations in your country. Black Body is not responsible for any packages or articles ordered which are opened, delayed, lost, detained or seized by postal or custom authorities. Our customers are responsible for any legal problems concerning customs in their country. Under no circumstance Black Body will be responsible for sales and delivery of in the customers country forbidden goods.
GUARANTEE OF GOODS
Black Body guarantees the quality of all its products. All rubber and leather clothing is guaranteed for 6 months as to workmanship and materials. Provided that the products have been properly maintained in accordance with advice on the care of products card supplied with the order and reasonably used, we make repairs in this time limit free of charge on production of your original invoice. Please contact us first before sending any items for repair back to us.
Black Body can not take responsibility for damage or injury occurred while using our products.
FAULTS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Black Body checks all their products for quality before shipping. Should goods arrive with a fault in material or workmanship, or prove to be a different model then ordered, return them to us immediately, unused, for an exchange or refund.
With the exception of custom made items, the customer is entitled to return the products within 14 days after delivery without any reason. Goods have to be unopened and unused and must still be in the original package.
Black Body is not responsible for customers ordering the wrong size. When you have ordered the wrong size please notify us immediately. In most cases we are able to supply you with the right size after receiving more information from you. When you have ordered the wrong size and Black Body is able to supply you with the right size you can ship the goods back to us.
In any case of exchange or refund Black Body will not refund the cost of shipping, only the returned goods. In case of exchange Black Body will charge the cost of shipping again for the next shipment.
In case of exchange or refund Black Body has to pay for import tax of the returned goods, we will deduct this amount from your refund or add it onto the shipping costs of the second shipment.
Goods returned for refund or exchange have to be absolutely new and unused.
We are unable to refund or exchange goods for any other reason then the above mentioned.
